About
About Disc Golf Tour Hub
Disc Golf Tour Hub came about as a way to contribute value to the local disc golf community and the tours we've participated in over the past few seasons. Where it goes from here is in large part up to the community, so if you are part of a local or regional tour that would benefit from a home base on the Hub, feel free to reach out. Availability/onboarding is currently on a case-by-case basis to make sure we still have time to get out and throw, occasionally.
How it works
Frequently Asked Questions
How are season standings calculated?
Each tour uses its own points model, which is explained on the tour overview page. Typically this includes points awarded based on event placement and field size, the number of events that count toward season totals, and rules for players who change divisions during the season.
Where do event results come from?
All event and player data for sanctioned events comes from PDGA APIs — this data is property of the PDGA and is used by permission. Any results from non-sanctioned events are provided by the Tournament Director.
Who can I contact about an issue?
For any issues with the website (such as links that don't work or missing data from an event), let us know through the contact form. For any questions or issues related to the event or series, contact the tournament director for the event through Disc Golf Scene or PDGA.com.
Can I view past seasons?
Yes. When we set up a tour, we typically can include data from the past season if the tour director provides the necessary information. Tour pages include season selectors for available years so you can switch between active and past seasons quickly.
What does it cost to use Disc Golf Tour Hub?
Disc Golf Tour Hub is currently free to use, but our ability to onboard tours is limited. This will likely evolve over time based on the amount of time and resources we can dedicate to the project, as well as the costs for hosting the app, etc. Acknowledgment of DGTH or Disc Golf Guru as a sponsor/supporter of the tour is always appreciated, but not a requirement.
I'm a Tournament Director; how can I get my tour/series listed on Disc Golf Tour Hub?
Onboarding is currently on a case-by-case basis, primarily based on how closely your tour structure aligns with our current capabilities. Reach out to us through our contact form to let us know about your tour or series and we'll follow up to discuss your request.
